Jenny and Bobby were married on December 19th, which happens to be one of my very favorite days-Kevin's birthday. This particular December 19th happened to be one of the coldest days of the year, bitterly cold in fact. But that did not dampen this couple's spirits at all, they were absolutely glowing the entire day! Jenny and Bobby are adorable and so easy together, they were lovely to photograph. We thoroughly enjoyed being a part of their wedding day, and now that our December 19ths have intertwined, we will always think of you two on your anniversary :)
Rachel with Bridal by the Sea was the amazing wedding planner/coordinator extraordinaire. This was our first time working with Rachel and we were very impressed with her and her team. She is definitely a pro and handles potentially stressful situations effortlessly- plus she kept us in stitches the whole day, we are fans :)
Jenny was beaming the whole day!
I love this moment between Jenny and her mom as they walk into the church.
Jenny's was moved to tears as her sister placed the veil on her head. It was very evident that they shared a special bond together.

She was a very happy bride!

We utilized some lovely light and interesting textures in the church.

Because of the frigid temps, everyone decided to scratch the original plan for beach pictures. However, Jenny and Bobby (and their amazing wedding party) changed their minds and decided they could muster up the resolve to face the weather for the sake of some lovely images...and I am so glad they did!
See how these gals are bundled up?
And now coatless-girls you are amazing!

The reception was held at the Ocean Club Resort in Atlantic Beach, NC. The club was beautiful, the staff was attentive and the food was wonderful.

I just love these next few.

Bobby and his grandmother.

We wish you both many, many happy December 19ths filled with love and joy!
