Ginger and Jeff tied the knot at First Baptist Church in down town Wilmington. Ginger got ready at the lovely Verandas Bed and Breakfast. which makes for a beautiful setting for precermony shots!
The fabulous reception was held at Airlie Gardens and we could not have asked for a more beautiful evening- especially since the forecast had previously called for rain! Oh how we love when it does not rain on wedding days!
We have to send huge thanks to A Southern Thyme Catering who provided the delicious and beautiful food! Thanks to Wendy Wright with A Beautiful Event for the wonderful reception decor and ambiance, and also to Nicki Macrae who makes the most amazingly delicious cakes!
And of course Johnny White and the Elite Band rocked the party out!

Since they tied knot, we have become very good friends, dining (almost) every Friday at either Flaming Amy's Burrito Barn (Kristen's favorite), Pita Delite (Lauren's favorite), or Coldstone (me and Dave's favorite).
Well they are getting ready to move to the big triangle, so we are going to miss them but I'm sure we will still be able to see each other often.
We recently hopped over to New Hanover Hospital to meet their new little boy, Camden Lane Holt. Lauren took the baby pics, I was busy eating.

Everything about the day was lovely and they were a joy to photograph.
Our friend, Dave Holt did a super job officiating the ceremony.
We were able to get some wonderful images from the gardens and Orton and then from there we headed to Caffe Phoenix for the reception. It was a small, but intimate affair and Caffe Phoenix did a wonderful job hosting the event!
When shooting together, Kevin and I like to present our individual images as a complete body of work together. However, I thought it would be nice to show who shoots which images to give an overview of our individual perspectives at a wedding.

I work 5 days a week and he works 6 days a week with very little vacation. Any suggestions on where we could go for an extended weekend trip for our honeymoon that is romantic? We should probably go soon or we won't go at all.
